Automatic Club Reminders

Automatic Club Reminders is a tool built for Rotary Halifax Harbour that scans the club calendar for specific events and for missing or incomplete entries, then automatically sends reminders to the appropriate Google Groups. For example, board members may receive automated reminders two weeks before a scheduled meeting to submit reports. The system can also flag when expected events—such as meetings or deadlines—have not yet been added to the calendar. All the club needs to do is keep the calendar up to date.
